Our Hospitality Engagement Specialist focuses on enhancing the guest experience through listing optimization, guest communication tools, and personalized add-ons for short-term rental properties. This role involves regularly updating and optimizing property listings to maximize visibility, improve bookings, and showcase unique features. Additionally, the specialist curates and maintains engaging guest books, offering personalized recommendations and helpful information for each stay. Hailey also develops and implements custom add-on services tailored to elevate the guest experience, working closely with Julie to drive guest satisfaction and increase overall guest ratings of our portfolio of homes.
Megan has worked with Boise BnB for 2 years and serves as the company's Lead Hospitality Coordinator where she is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of property cleanliness and presentation of our portfolio of homes. This role includes coordinating and supervising cleaning teams, ensuring cleanliness for guest check-ins, and maintaining property readiness at all times. Our Hospitality Lead ensures that all cleaning protocols are followed, schedules are adhered to, and that any maintenance or repair needs are promptly reported. This role also involves conducting quality control inspections, managing cleaning supplies, and working closely with Julie to ensure that every guest enjoys a spotless and welcoming environment.
Serena Grace is our Personal Guest Concierge. She is our premiere hospitality professional providing tailored services and responses to our guests. She takes time to understand their needs and desires, makes them feel welcomed and valued and acts as the point person to swiftly resolve any situations that may arise to the guests’ satisfaction. She plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay, going above and beyond to exceed expectations and create lasting impressions.
We have an entire team of hospitality hosts in each market who specialize in preparing our properties for guests, ensuring they are clean, well-presented, and inviting. They are skilled and detailed to advanced eco-friendly cleaning techniques with amazing staging skills. They work very hard to ensure that that everything is in place and ready for the next guest's arrival.
